Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 4 ounces bacon, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
  5. While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  6. Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, add the crispy bacon to the baking sheet and toss gently to combine.
  7. Serve immediately.
