- 4 ounces bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly browned.
- While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, add the crispy bacon to the baking sheet and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.
