Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs.
- Once cooled, peel and slice the eggs in half.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with a fork.
- Add avocado, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lime juice.
- Mix until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the egg white halves with the mixture.
- Garnish with paprika (optional).
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- You can make this ahead of time.
