- 6 large eggs
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon wasabi paste (optional)
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs.
- Peel and slice the eggs in half.
- Scoop out the yolks.
- Mash yolks with avocado, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in wasabi paste if desired.
- Fill egg whites with the mixture.
- Garnish with paprika.
