Description

A flavorful and easy Asian-inspired ground beef bowl.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
  • Cooked rice, for serving
  • Chopped green onions, for garnish
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer.
  4. Serve beef mixture over rice.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
