Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sriracha (or to taste)
- Cooked rice, for serving
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a pan. Drain excess fat.
- Add sesame oil, onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until softened.
- Stir in soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Simmer.
- Serve beef mixture over rice.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Add vegetables like broccoli or carrots.
- Use ground turkey or chicken as an alternative.
