- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually beat in powdered sugar until combined.
- Add vanilla extract and softened cream cheese; beat until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until just combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Chill for at least 4 hours, or until firm.
- Garnish with chopped peanuts if desired before serving.
Notes
- For an even richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
- Ensure cream cheese and butter are at room temperature for a smooth filling.
- You can bake the pie crust ahead of time or use a pre-baked crust.
