Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 egg
- For the filling:
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- Add milk, butter, and egg. Mix well.
- Knead dough until smooth. Let it rise.
- For filling, mix sugar, cinnamon, and butter.
- Roll out dough. Spread filling.
- Roll up dough and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a pan. Let rise.
- Bake until golden.
- Mix glaze ingredients.
- Drizzle glaze over rolls.
- Top with strawberries.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of nutmeg to the filling.
- Make sure your milk isn’t too hot.
- Let the rolls cool slightly before glazing.
